About This Course

The Graduate Diploma in Property has been designed to help you develop the specialised knowledge and skills required to practice as a property advisor or manager. The flexible structure of this curriculum includes a combination of face-to-face and online delivery modes that suit working professionals. Through your studies, you will address the industry need for property specialists with a particular focus on corporate real estate, development and management. You will learn to apply knowledge of property theory and concepts to the local and global professional arena, demonstrating evidenced-based judgement and ethical decision-making. English language requirements (Domestic): Must meet RMIT University's minimum English language requirements; acceptable evidence includes:
- VCE: a study score of at least 30 in VCE Units 3 and 4 English as an Additional Language (EAL), or at least 25 in English, Literature or English Language
- Australian Interstate Year 12 or NZ NCEA Level 3: achieve a study score in an English course deemed equivalent to those listed above; for NCEA Level 3, must have achieved 18 credits in equivalent courses
- STAT: achieve an overall score of at least 155
- Post-secondary study: satisfactory completion of two undergraduate level courses equivalent to at least 24 RMIT credit points; or satisfactory completion of an AQF accredited award at Certificate IV or above
- Professional work experience: demonstrated at least 2 years professional work experience in an occupation requiring English language proficiency, with a supporting statement from employer on official letterhead confirming English is the language of business, duration, roles, nature of work, scale of organisation, and international dealings

University minimum academic entry requirement: Applicants must hold a bachelor degree or an appropriate level of advanced professional experience relevant to the discipline area
