The Graduate Diploma in Transport focuses on the engineering, urban planning, and business management of transport, developing students' understanding of the prevalence and identification of transport systems, core capabilities for analysing and designing such systems, and proficiencies in broad interdisciplinary analysis.
Students complete core units from the transport discipline along with elective units. Detailed course structures are available through the Engineering faculty handbook for current students.
The closing date for Semester 1 entry is 31 January of the commencing year, and the closing date for Semester 2 entry is 15 July of the commencing year. Separate deadlines apply for scholarship applications.
The course is available to both domestic students (Australian or New Zealand citizens, Australian Permanent resident visa holders, Australian Permanent humanitarian visa holders, and Pacific Engagement Visa holders) and international students who do not hold these visas or citizenship statuses.
