The total duration is 52 weeks, comprising 40 weeks of study period and 12 weeks of term break, delivered 100% face-to-face at the Training Masters campus in Sydney.
Applicants must meet one of the following English requirements: Academic IELTS 6 overall with no less than 5.5 in each band (results no more than 2 years old); equivalent scores in PTE or TOEFL; having been educated for at least 5 years in an English-speaking country; completion of an approved Australian English Language course with equivalent level; or completion of any Australian AQF 5 course (or above) taught in English within the last 2 years.
You need either the successful completion of Australian Year 12 or equivalent, successful completion of an AQF Diploma level or higher from an Australian institution where the course duration was no less than 12 months, or a Bachelor's degree in any discipline or a minimum of 5 years' work experience in business or management related fields without holding a formal qualification.
Graduates can pursue roles such as Learning and Development Manager, Training Manager, RTO Manager, Workforce Capability Manager, Senior Manager (Learning and Development), Organizational Development Consultant, Corporate Trainer or Facilitator, Educational Administrator, and Instructional Designer across sectors including Education and Training, Corporate Management, Non-Profit Organizations, Public Administration, Healthcare Leadership, and Consultancy and Advisory Services.
The course comprises 8 units in total — 3 core units and 5 elective units — delivered across 4 terms over 40 study weeks at 20 hours per week, with term breaks scheduled between terms. Core units include BSBHRM613, BSBLDR811, and TAELED803.
