Students learn how to lead a strategic business transformation for an organisation or large work area and analyse and improve personal leadership style and professional competence to lead organisational transformation and learning for strategic outcomes.

Students learn how to review advances in learning practice within a given vocational, training, educational or content area and evaluate the role and impact of new technologies on learners and training techniques.
Apply critical thinking for complex problem solving

Common Questions
The program is delivered over 52 weeks with actual student contact hours being 20 hours per week for 40 weeks. It has been divided into 4 terms of 10 weeks each with 12 weeks of holidays.
Students must be at least 18 years of age, have successfully completed the BSB61015 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management (or equivalent) or a bachelor's degree (or equivalent), demonstrate English language competency, and meet technology literacy requirements. International students must hold a sub Class 500 Student Visa. A course entry interview may also be required to determine suitability.
The course is delivered in a blended mode — 75% face to face (trainer led sessions with in-class experiential activities) and 25% online (Moodle based assessment tasks). This full-time course requires 20 hours of contact per week plus 10 hours of self-study per week during the term.
A range of assessment methods are used, including observation and demonstration, scenarios, presentations, questioning, and case studies. Assessments are marked as Competent (C) or Not Yet Competent (NYC). Students who receive an NYC result will receive written feedback and be required to resubmit. Students have three (3) attempts to demonstrate competency, otherwise a unit re-enrolment fee applies.
Graduates may pursue roles such as Training and Development Professionals, Registered Training Organisations Managers/Directors, Senior Administrator, Senior Executive, Human Resources Managers, RTO Manager, and RTO Director, with careers and titles varying across different industry sectors.
