The Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) has a duration of 52 weeks.
International students must have a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 overall (not less than 6 in each band) or equivalent. Test results must be no more than 2 years old. Other English language tests such as PTE and TOEFL can be accepted if they are equivalent to IELTS 6.5. Students may be exempt from providing English language evidence if they were educated for 5 years in an English-speaking country, completed at least 6 months of a Certificate IV level course in an Australian RTO, successfully completed an English Placement Test and Digital Literacy Test, completed a foundation course in Australia, or completed their High School in the English Language.
The course is offered at Brighton College campuses in Brisbane (Level 2, 108 Margaret Street), Melbourne (Level 1, 255 William Street), Sydney (Level 8, 532-540 George Street), and Hobart (Level 2, 73-81 Murray St).
Graduates may be able to seek employment in a range of business management roles such as Training Manager, Career Development Manager, and Learning and Development Consultant. The qualification may also lead to roles such as RTO Manager and RTO Director.
