Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

The Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) (BSB80120) is a nationally recognised VET qualification offered by The Canberra Training School Pty. Ltd., trading as Canberra Business and Technology College (CBTC). It reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development, typically leaders and managers who use learning strategies to build organisational capability.

Graduates are prepared for roles such as RTO Manager, RTO Director, Learning and Development Coordinator/Manager, Training Consultant and Education and Training Manager.

Delivered over 52 weeks in a blended mode combining scheduled face-to-face classes with online learning activities, the course requires a recommended study commitment of 35-45 hours per week and is assessed through written assessments, projects, case studies and role plays. It comprises 8 units of competency (3 core and 5 elective) covering learning and development strategy, strategic transformation and applied research, with electives selected in consultation with industry. Classes are delivered from CBTC's Canberra and Sydney campuses.
