Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

This qualification reflects the roles of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas, and initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation, typically holding full responsibility and accountability for personal output and the work of others.

Across its 8 units of competency, students build capability to lead strategic transformation, implement improved learning practice, contribute to the development of learning and development strategies, and manage program risk and team effectiveness, with electives in innovative thinking, business planning and organisational performance development. The course is delivered full-time over 104 weeks — 72 weeks of training and assessment plus 32 weeks of term breaks — through a blended mix of face-to-face and online learning, across the Parramatta and Granville campuses.

Graduates are prepared for senior roles in training and development, learning and development, and human resources, applying their skills to design and lead major organisational learning functions.
