The Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) (BSB80120) reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas, and initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation, typically holding full responsibility and accountability for their own output and the work of others.

Delivered over 52 weeks including breaks at Wells International College's Sydney and Brisbane campuses, the course comprises 8 units of competency (3 core and 5 elective) covering learning and development strategy, strategic transformation leadership, improved learning practice, financial strategy development, organisational performance development, applied research, and collaborative partnerships.

Graduates are prepared for senior roles such as RTO Manager or RTO Director, with the qualification providing a pathway to further study at higher education level. Entry requires completion of a Diploma or higher qualification in a related field of study.
