The course tuition fee is $8,000.00. There is also a non-refundable enrolment fee of $250.00, a material fee of $250.00, and a late/re-assessment fee of $50 per unit. The course fee is inclusive of learning resources, trainer and assessor support by phone and email, up to 52 weeks to complete the course, support services, and certificate and record of results issuance.
To enrol, students must be at least 18 years of age, have successfully completed the BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management (or equivalent) or a bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and participate in a course entry interview to determine suitability. International students must also have a valid IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent, or demonstrate equivalent English language competence through other accepted means.
Assessments are carried out in accordance with identified industry benchmarks, specific industry requirements, specific principles of assessment, and rules of evidence. The assessment process may include theory, projects, and practical assessments. Assessment tasks include written questions, projects (containing case studies and written reports), applied questions, and role play/presentation. All activities and projects are assessed by an assigned Assessor and returned to the student with feedback.
The mode of delivery for this course is face-to-face. It is delivered at two campuses: the Sydney Campus at Level 1, 37 George Street, Parramatta, NSW 2150, and the Melbourne Campus at L8, 1/168 Exhibition Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
Richmond School of Business offers a range of support services including trainer/assessor support by telephone and email during business hours at no additional cost, a dedicated Student Support Services Department for administrative support, learner support in language, literacy and numeracy based on LLN test outcomes, and student welfare support. RSB has also contracted an external qualified Student Welfare Counsellor, Mrs Judith Bowler, with RSB paying for the first consultation.
