Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

The BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in organisational learning and capability development. Graduates generate and evaluate complex ideas, and initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation, typically with full responsibility and accountability for their own output and the work of others.

Entry requires applicants to be at least 18 years of age with Year 12 (or equivalent) and a minimum English level of IELTS 5.5, PTE 42, or completion of Upper Intermediate General English at an approved ELICOS provider. Delivered full-time over 52 weeks (40 weeks of study plus 12 weeks of term breaks) in a blended format - 16 hours face-to-face and 4 hours online per week - at Tr4inright's Melbourne CBD campus, the course comprises 8 units covering strategic transformation, learning and development strategy, and improved learning practice.

This qualification suits leaders and managers who use learning to build organisational capability, with graduates typically moving into RTO Manager, RTO Director, or Training/Academic Manager roles, or progressing to further Advanced Diploma or higher education study.
