Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

Built for people who shape how others learn, Workforce Education Institute's BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) is a senior qualification for professionals designing and driving learning and development strategy at an organisational level. You'll apply highly specialised knowledge to lead strategic transformation, improve learning practice, and initiate applied research — the kind of work usually reserved for the person running training, not just delivering it.
The course runs 104 weeks across eight 11-week study periods (88 study weeks), with a 16-week term break that can also be used for re-assessment. Units are delivered as standalone modules, each backed by a full Student Assessment Task Booklet covering tasks, instructions, resources, and submission requirements.
Entry requires a Diploma-level qualification (AQF Level 5) or higher, or four years' equivalent full-time experience in organisational learning and capability development. Graduates are positioned for genuinely senior roles — Head of School/RTO, Senior Training Manager, RTO Compliance Manager, RTO General Manager, or Strategic Learning Development Consultant.
