Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

The BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) is an AQF Level 8 qualification delivered by Bentley College face-to-face for 20 hours per week over 104 weeks (88 study weeks plus 16 weeks of break), across 8 terms at the Melbourne campus. The qualification is designed for individuals applying highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Students generate and evaluate complex ideas, and initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. Entry is intended for learners who have already completed a qualification at Australian Advanced Diploma level (AQF Level 6) or higher, or who bring at least four years of equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in organisational learning and capability development. Across 8 units of competency — 3 core and 5 elective — the course covers leading strategic transformation, implementing improved learning practice, and contributing to the development of learning and development strategies, alongside electives in innovative thinking, collaborative partnerships, organisational performance development, critical thinking and applied research. Graduates are prepared for senior roles such as senior training manager, head of school or RTO, RTO compliance or general manager, and strategic learning development consultant.
