Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

The BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) is designed for individuals applying highly specialised knowledge and skills in organisational learning and capability development. Students learn to contribute to the development of learning and development strategies, lead strategic transformation, implement improved learning practice, contribute to organisational performance development, lead and manage organisational change, develop and implement business plans, manage program risk, and develop a business case. The qualification suits current or aspiring leaders and managers responsible for building organisational capability through learning, such as RTO managers and directors, department managers, staff development managers, general managers and chief executive officers, and gives graduates full responsibility and accountability for the output of others in these roles. The course is delivered at The Centre of Excellence's Melbourne and Adelaide campuses over 48 study weeks plus 6 weeks of holiday (54 weeks total), with new intakes accepted every month. Graduates are equipped to design, initiate and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation, positioning them for senior leadership and management roles across a wide range of industries where organisational learning drives business capability and performance.
