The total course amount is $24,250.00 AUD, which includes an Application fee of $250.00, a Tuition fee of $22,500.00, and a Resource fee of $1,500.00. Additionally, a Commitment fee of $500.00 is required, which will be adjusted/credited back to the student's final term's instalment of the course.
The total duration of the course is 104 weeks, comprising 80 academic weeks and 24 weeks of study breaks. Scheduled classes are held 2 days per week (mandatory), with academic support available 1 day per week on Fridays, totalling 20 academic contact hours per week.
Students must complete KIC's Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) test with at least a score equivalent to IELTS Academic 6.0, IELTS General 6.0, PTE Academic 47, TOEFL iBT 67, C1 Advanced 161, OET 1210, CELPIP General 7, LANGUAGECERT Academic 61, or MET 53 as their overall test result. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have successfully completed an AQF qualification at Diploma or Advanced Diploma level, with a Bachelor qualification being recommended. Applicants must also meet KIC's English language requirements.
Graduates of this qualification may take on roles such as RTO Manager or RTO Director, or work as leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability. The qualification prepares individuals to initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation, with full responsibility and accountability for personal output and the work of others.
