Common Questions
To enrol, students must be at least 18 years of age and participate in a suitability interview. Academic entry requires either a Bachelor's Degree (AQF Level 7), a Diploma or Advanced Diploma (AQF Level 5 or 6), or no formal tertiary qualification but two years' relevant management experience. A Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) Core Skills Profile is also required.
The course has a total duration of 104 weeks, which includes 24 weeks of holiday.
Graduates may pursue roles such as learning and development consultant, head of department, career development manager, human resource practitioner, general manager, and staff development manager.
The course is available at two campuses: the Adelaide Main Campus at Level 2, 97 Pirie St Adelaide SA 5000, and the Sydney Main Campus at Suite 2, Level 4/187 Thomas St Haymarket NSW 2000.
Students who complete the Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) may progress to a similar qualification or a master's degree with partner universities.
