There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. However, it is expected that learners are at least 18 years old, have completed a diploma-level qualification or have extensive industry experience, possess strong literacy and analytical skills, and may be required to complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment.
To achieve this qualification, students must complete 8 units in total — 3 core units and 5 elective units selected from the Training Package.
The course duration is 104 weeks.
Graduates may work in senior roles such as RTO Manager / Director, Learning and Development Consultant, Organisational Learning Manager, Workforce Capability Manager, Corporate Training Strategist, and Strategic Transformation Leader, across sectors including education, corporate training, government, community services, and enterprise development.
