To enrol in the BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning), applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age at the time of commencement, have a minimum IELTS score of 6 or equivalent, meet course relevant Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) capabilities, have successfully completed an AQF level 4 qualification or equivalent, and bring their own compatible devices to facilitate training and assessment activities.
The course costs $15,500 and has a duration of 52 weeks, delivered in a blended mode at the City Campus located at Level 11, 190 Queen Street, Melbourne, 3000.
Assessment will usually commence in the session following delivery. As this is a competency-based program, assessment continues throughout the program until the participant either achieves competency or a further training need is identified and addressed. Students will be required to perform in a range of assessment tasks including Written Assignment, Demonstration, Role Play, Project, and Case Study.
After completing BSB80120, individuals could progress to higher level qualifications like a Master of Business/Management, or pursue employment in roles such as Learning and Development Consultant, Manager/Head of Department, Organisational Learning and Leadership Manager, Training Manager, Workforce Capability Development Leader, and Educational Professional Manager providing research or information related to Career Development.
Yes. Credit transfer is available for students with equivalent qualifications, providing agreed and consistent credit outcomes based on identified equivalence in content and learning outcomes. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is also available for candidates who have previously attained skills and knowledge from outside the formal education and training system, including work and life experience. Students may apply for RPL or Credit transfers for any unit in which they can successfully demonstrate competency.
