Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

This qualification reflects the roles of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas. They also initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others. This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability.

The Graduate Diploma in Management is designed with the senior manager in mind, helping them advance their leadership skills and knowledge to a higher level and continue to achieve their career goals. It is a Level 8 qualification according to the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), which places it one level higher in complexity than a bachelor's degree. Delivered over 52 weeks at Pinnacle Institute's Stones Corner campus in Brisbane with flexible bi-monthly intakes, the course comprises 8 units of competency covering strategic transformation, applied research, learning and development strategy, and collaborative partnerships, preparing graduates for senior roles such as RTO Manager, Workforce Planner and Learning and Development Consultant.
