BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) is designed for experienced professionals who want to develop advanced management and leadership skills with a specific focus on organisational learning and capability development. Delivered by Vigil International College at its Parramatta campus over 52 weeks of full-time study (20 hours per week), the course combines classroom sessions with structured self-study, assessed through written questions, projects, presentations, reports and observed role plays. Its 8 units of competency comprise 3 core units — contributing to learning and development strategy, leading strategic transformation, and implementing improved learning practice — plus 5 elective units drawn from leading financial strategy development, initiating and leading applied research, developing collaborative partnerships, leading innovative thinking and practice, and leading strategic planning processes. Graduates apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in organisational learning and capability development, taking full responsibility for their own output and that of others. On completion, students are equipped for roles such as learning and development manager, training and development coordinator, human resource manager, operations manager, project manager or business development manager, with further pathways into a Master of Business Administration, Master of Management, Master of Human Resources Management or Master of Project Management.
