Common Questions
The fees for the Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) are: Enrolment Fee $250, Tuition Fee $20,000 ($2,500 per term), and Materials Fee $395. If you package it with an English course, you can save $250 on enrolment fees.
The program is structured over 8 terms of 9 weeks, totalling 72 weeks of tuition. Including scheduled study breaks of 3 weeks between each term, your total enrolment period may span 97 to 104 weeks depending on your chosen start date.
To be eligible, you must be 18 years or over, have successfully completed Australian Year 12 or an international equivalent, hold an IELTS score of 5.5 or above (or equivalent), and hold a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or higher qualification from any training package in Australia (or overseas equivalent), or a bachelor's degree in any field. Additionally, you must have at least 2 years of equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in a leadership or management role in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability.
ELC's courses are conveniently scheduled in the late afternoons/evenings and only 2 days per week, allowing a maximum of flexibility for daytime work, independent study and personal time.
You will be assessed through a combination of assessment types such as written assignments, case studies, reports, group tasks, portfolios and presentations. You must successfully pass all units to complete the qualification.
