Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Graduates generate and evaluate complex ideas, and initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation, typically carrying full responsibility and accountability for their own output and the work of others.

The qualification is suited to leaders and managers who use learning to build organisational capability. No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply. Delivered face-to-face at ICV's Melbourne CBD campus over 52 weeks, the program totals 1,200 hours of learning across four 11-week terms, combining 880 hours of scheduled training with self-paced learning and assessment. Graduates may pathway into further study such as a Bachelor of Business (Administration).
