About This Course

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialized knowledge and skills in the field of organizational learning and capability development. These individuals generate and evaluate complex ideas and initiate, design, and execute major learning and development functions within an organization. Typically, they have full responsibility and accountability for their own output as well as the work of others. This qualification may be applicable to leaders and managers in organizations that utilize learning to build organizational capability. Relevant job roles may also include RTO Manager and RTO Director.

Students must have completed the equivalent of an Australian Diploma or higher, or have completed Year 12 (or an equivalent) with a minimum of two years of relevant full-time workplace experience in an operational or leadership role within an enterprise.
Applicants must also meet English language requirements: an IELTS (Academic) overall score of 6.0, a TOEFL IBT score of 60, a PTE Academic score of 50, or an equivalent.
English language competence can also be demonstrated through: a minimum of five (5) years of study in English in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, the US, South America, or Ireland; completion of at least 50% of a qualification at AQF level 4 or higher in English in Australia; completion of Year 12 of secondary school in English in Australia; or completion of a recognized ELICOS program with an achievement of upper intermediate English proficiency or equivalent.
Applicants who do not have the documented evidence to demonstrate the required English language competence may undertake the Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) test online to achieve a result of ACSF level 3.
Students must be a minimum age of 18 years or above at the time of course commencement.
All students will be required to complete an LLN assessment prior to the commencement of the course.
All learners are expected to have their own laptop or computer with a Windows or macOS operating system to work on assessments, tasks, and self-study at their own cost.
Individuals can enroll if they possess a BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management from ASBT.
