To enter this qualification, applicants must meet English language requirements: an IELTS (Academic) overall score of 6.0, a TOEFL IBT score of 60, a PTE Academic score of 50, or an equivalent. English language competence can also be demonstrated through five years of study in English in certain countries, completion of at least 50% of an AQF level 4 qualification in English in Australia, or completion of Year 12 in English in Australia, among other options.
Individuals can enrol in the Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) if they possess a BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management from ASBT.
This qualification may provide a pathway to further studies in a Master of Accounting, Master of Business (HRM), Master of Business (Marketing), Master of Economics, Master of Finance, and other related programs. Graduates will also have developed the knowledge and skills to find employment in a range of industries where there is a need for learning and development specialists, including roles such as RTO Manager and RTO Director.
