Common Questions
The total duration of the course is 52 weeks including breaks, and it is delivered face-to-face and/or online through Berkeley Business Institute.
All students must be 18 years of age or over and have completed a Bachelor degree in related fields of study, or have completed an Advanced Diploma qualification in related fields of study and 1 year equivalent relevant workplace experience. International students must also demonstrate English proficiency with an IELTS score of 6.0 or higher, or an equivalent qualification such as EAL/ESL, ISLPR, or CSWE.
Online learning is delivered via the internet using Moodle, an eLearning management system. It can be synchronous (live online lecture and support sessions where students interact with trainers in real time) or asynchronous (self-paced learning using pre-recorded lectures, presentations, discussion forums, trainer notes, and handouts). Students need access to the internet and a computer, iPad, or smartphone to participate.
Graduates may pursue roles such as Career Development Manager (Education Sector), RTO Manager, or RTO Education Advisor. Additionally, after achieving this qualification, candidates may undertake further higher education at the Master degree level or above.
Usually within 10 working days students can receive the outcome and feedback on their assessments. Trainers and Assessors can be contacted during timetabled hours and all communication should be via the eLearning platform.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
