Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development, generating and evaluating complex ideas and initiating, designing and executing major learning and development functions within an organisation. Delivered over 104 weeks (80 study weeks plus holidays) at Auswide College's Parramatta campus, the course combines classroom-based teaching with structured self-study, totalling 14 hours of contact time and 6 hours of self-study each week. Across its 8 units of competency, students learn to lead strategic transformation, contribute to learning and development strategy, implement improved learning practice, lead financial strategy development and cultivate collaborative partnerships. Entry requires completion of a Diploma-level qualification or higher from the BSB Training Package, or equivalent.
