Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

The national course code is BSB80120 and the CRICOS Course Code is 117128A. The qualification is Recognised by the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and is Nationally Recognised Training.

The course duration is up to 52 weeks, delivered as full-time study including 12 weeks of breaks/holidays. Duration may vary based on mode of delivery and/or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer (CT).

Applicants must demonstrate English language proficiency through one of the following: IELTS Academic 6.0, TOEFL iBT 60, PTE Academic 50, or equivalent. Alternatively, evidence such as completion of a recognised ELICOS program, at least two years of study in Australia at AQF Level 4 or higher, minimum five years of study in English in Australia or select English-speaking countries, or completion of Year 12 in English may also be accepted.

Upon completing the Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning), graduates may consider advancing their studies through a Master's Degree in Management or Business, or Specialised Postgraduate Courses.

To achieve this qualification, students must complete 8 units in total: 3 core units (Lead strategic transformation – BSBLDR811, Contribute to the development of learning and development strategies – BSBHRM613, and Implement improved learning practice – TAELED803) and 5 elective units. Students who complete all required units will be awarded the full qualification, while students who complete individual units may receive a Statement of Attainment, provided their USI is verified.
