About This Course

The BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) prepares graduates to apply highly specialised knowledge, practical skills and experience in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in this qualification generate and evaluate complex ideas, and initiate, design and lead major learning and development functions within an organisation, typically with full responsibility and accountability for their own output and the work of others. It suits leaders and managers who use learning to build organisational capability, including roles such as RTO Manager or RTO Director.
