There are a total of 8 units to complete the course, which includes 3 core units (BSBHRM613, BSBLDR811, TAELED803) and 5 elective units.
The Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) has a duration of 52 weeks and is delivered at the Melbourne campus.
International students must demonstrate English language proficiency through IELTS with a minimum overall band score of 6.0 (no more than 2 years old), evidence of at least 5 years of study in an English-speaking country, completion of a Certificate III or higher at an Australian RTO within the last 2 years, or equivalent scores in recognised tests such as PTE Academic, TOEFL iBT, or Cambridge English within 2 years of the test date.
Graduates of the Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) may pursue roles such as Manager RTO, General Manager RTO, Director RTO, Senior Consultant in Learning and Development, General Manager of Human Resources, or Manager of Learning and Development.
