Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

The course runs for 52 weeks in total, comprising 40 weeks of training spread over 4 terms, plus 12 weeks of term breaks.

Students must be a minimum age of 18 years or above at the time of course commencement and must have completed a qualification equivalent to Australian Diploma level (AQF Level 5) or higher, OR have completed Australian Year 12 equivalent and two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in the field of organisational learning and capability development at a supervisor or manager role. English proficiency requirements include an IELTS (Academic) overall score of 6.0, TOEFL IBT 60, or PTE Academic 50 or equivalent, with test results no more than 2 years old.

Students must have access to a laptop or computer (Windows or macOS device equipped with MS Office — Word, Excel, PPT — and OneDrive), a reliable internet connection for home-based study and accessing digital resources, a financial calculator for leading financial strategy development and computing organizational ratios, and a USI (Unique Student Identifier) number as required by the government for recognised training.
