To enter this course, you must have either completed a qualification equivalent to Australian Advanced Diploma level (AQF Level 6) or higher, or have four years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in the field of organisational learning and capability development. You must also have completed an Australian Year 12 Certificate or equivalent and be at least 18 years of age at course commencement. International learners must demonstrate an IELTS 6.5 with no skills band less than 6 or equivalent.
The Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) (BSB80120) has a duration of 52 weeks.
For onshore students, the tuition fee is AUD $10,000, the enrolment fee is AUD $250, and the material fee is AUD $500. For offshore students, the tuition fee is AUD $14,000, the enrolment fee is AUD $500, and the material fee is AUD $500.
Graduates of the Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) may work as a Business Manager, Operations Manager, Training & Development Manager, Senior Team Leader, Learning & Development Coordinator, or Program Manager. The course is also a pathway to postgraduate business education.
The course covers Strategic Leadership, Organisational Learning & Development, Performance Management, Business Planning & Innovation, Communication & Negotiation, and Managing Change.
