Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

To enrol, you must be at least 18 years of age, have completed an Australian AQF Level 5 (Diploma) or higher, or the equivalent of a three-year bachelor's degree. You must also demonstrate capacity in learning, reading, writing, oral and numeracy competencies to Graduate Diploma level of the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF), which will be tested prior to enrolment. Additionally, you need to participate in a course entry interview and have an IELTS score of 5.5 (no more than 2 years old).

Graduates can seek employment in the Training, Human Resources Management and Education Administration industries. Those with no prior work experience may enter positions such as Administration Officer or Education Administration Coordinator, while graduates with substantial work experience could obtain roles such as RTO Manager, RTO Director or Career Development Manager.

Yes. Coupled with relevant and substantial work experience, graduates may be able to seek entry into a range of Master level programs such as Master of Business Administration or Master of Human Resources Management at an Australian Higher Education Provider, subject to the Higher Education Provider's course entry requirements.

The course has a duration of 104 weeks.
