Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

To apply, you must complete the Enrolment Application Form and submit it to Mindroom. Education Agents can assist with completing and submitting your application. Before applying, you should carefully read the Student Handbook, Policies and Procedures, and the Course Brochure. Once received, your application is processed within approximately one week, after which you will receive a Letter of Offer if successful.

Mindroom's course entry standard is IELTS 6.0 (or equivalent). They also accept a recent Certificate IV or higher completed in Australia as meeting the English standard. For a student visa (Subclass 500), the Department of Home Affairs accepts IELTS Academic or General Training with an average band of 6.0, PTE Academic 47, TOEFL iBT 67, OET B in each component, C1 Advanced (CAE) 161, CELPIP General 7, LanguageCert Academic 61, or MET 53, all taken within 2 years of lodgement.

When accepting your offer, you must submit: a copy of your passport, a signed Letter of Offer (all pages initialled and signed where required), your most current CV/Resume in English PDF format, a completed Genuine Student (GS) Form, a copy of your current visa (if applicable), your payment receipt, a copy of your OSHC policy (when available), and an English Certificate at Upper-Intermediate level. All documents should be emailed to enrolments@mindroom.edu.au.

After Mindroom receives your Acceptance of Offer and all required documents, they will update your details in PRISMS and issue your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE). Your CoE will be emailed to you. Once you receive it, you or your Education Agent may lodge your Student Visa Application.

The Mindroom Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) Test is an internal test used for course placement only. It does not meet Department of Home Affairs (DHA) visa evidence requirements. To take the test, you need to create an account, log in, click 'Enrol' in the LLN course, and complete each timed section. If you meet the Upper-Intermediate level, you will be invited to a live interview.
