Common Questions
The course runs for a total of 52 weeks including holidays. Classes are scheduled for 40 weeks over 4 academic terms of 10 weeks each, with a 2-week break between terms and a 6-week holiday at the end of the year. Contact weeks total 20 weeks, and classes are scheduled for 20 hours per week.
International students must demonstrate an IELTS score of at least 6.0 with a minimum of 6.0 in each band, or equivalent — TOEFL (60) or above, PTE (52), Upper Intermediate, or an EAP (English Placement Test) provided by IOMT. Alternatively, successful completion of at least General English at Advanced level or English for Academic Purposes at Advanced level is accepted.
Applicants must have completed a qualification equivalent to an Australian Advanced Diploma level (AQF Level 6) or higher, OR have four years of equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Applicants must also have completed a Year 12 certificate or equivalent and be at least 18 years of age on enrolment.
The total course fee is $35,250 AUD, which includes a tuition fee of $30,000 AUD, a material fee of $5,000 AUD, and an application fee of $250 AUD. Please note the application fee is non-refundable and is not part of the total course fee.
Graduates of the Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) may pursue roles such as Head of School/RTO, Senior Training Manager, RTO Compliance Manager, RTO General Manager, and Strategic Learning and Development Consultant.
