ALTEC College uses a range of assessment methods including written tasks, practical tasks, projects, case studies, knowledge tests, and observation supported by activities such as role plays, presentations, and group and individual work. Assessments have been designed for classroom-based face-to-face delivery and assessment.
Applicants must have completed Year 12 or equivalent, be at least 18 years of age, and meet one of the following: a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a related field plus 3 years of relevant full-time workplace experience in leadership and management; or a Bachelor degree in a related field plus 2 years of relevant full-time workplace experience; or 5 years of equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience at a significant level of leadership and management. International students must also demonstrate English proficiency with IELTS 6.0 with 5.5 in each band or equivalent.
After achieving this qualification, candidates may choose to undertake studies at a higher education level. Standing credits may be obtained in a master's program as per the enrolling institution's relevant policies and rules.
To attain the Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership, students must complete a total of 8 units, comprising 2 core units (BSBLDR811 and BSBSTR802) and 6 elective units.
There is a non-refundable enrolment fee of $250. Tuition fees are available in ALTEC College's latest Fee Schedule. All applicable fees will be advised in writing and agreed to prior to enrolment, and tuition fees once agreed will not change for the duration of the course.
