To enter this course, students must meet English language requirements, have completed Australian Year 12 or equivalent, and be a minimum age of 18 years. Additionally, applicants must meet one of the following course-specific requirements: completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a related field plus 3 years of relevant full-time workplace experience; completed a Bachelor degree in a related field plus 2 years of relevant full-time workplace experience; or have five years of equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience at a significant level of leadership and management responsibility.

After completing the BSB80320 Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership, graduates may pursue roles such as Managing Director, Service Director, Strategic Manager, General Manager, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Operating Officer.
Yes. Credit transfer is available for students with previously completed qualifications that have identified equivalence in content and learning outcomes. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is also available for candidates who have attained skills and knowledge from outside the formal education and training system, including work and life experience. Students may apply for RPL or credit transfers for any unit in which they can successfully demonstrate competency.
