The course fees are $350 per week for tuition, a one-off enrolment fee of $300, and a material fee of $10 per week. Please note these fees are subject to change without notice, and it is recommended to contact the institute for a quote based on your proposed course duration.
Students can attend for 4 to 36 weeks, which includes 30 weeks of study and 6 weeks of holidays. Classes run for 20 hours per week on a face-to-face basis.
The entry requirement is an intermediate level of English, or an IELTS score of 4.5 or equivalent.
Assessment will vary every week and may include reading, writing, listening or speaking tests, oral presentations, role plays, writing summaries, and writing dialogues. A minimum of 50% or greater must be achieved in assessments to demonstrate satisfactory course progress (for student visa holders). A minimum of 80% attendance is also required for student visa holders.
The course covers three levels: Intermediate, Upper-Intermediate, and Advanced. At the Intermediate level, learners develop basic IELTS test-taking strategies and can produce simple essays and letters. At the Upper-Intermediate level, learners demonstrate very good knowledge of the IELTS test and can produce detailed essays and letters with appropriate structure. At the Advanced level, learners have developed extensive strategies for test-taking and can express complex ideas in essays and handle very high-level language situations.
