About This Course

The Master of Applied Hospitality Management is a postgraduate degree that equips aspiring and current professionals for senior management and executive roles in hospitality, with service quality management, revenue management and business planning integral to the course. Year 1 builds core business disciplines applied to hospitality (accounting, people leadership, research methods, business continuity, marketing, managing hospitality in the international context and operations management); Year 2 adds revenue management, service quality management, a Hospitality Business Planning capstone, and a choice between work-integrated-learning placements or research projects.

Delivered full-time or part-time over 2 years (minimum 20 hours per week on campus and self-paced learning) in association with Holmesglen Chadstone Campus, the curriculum is tightly integrated around the customer experience and problem-solving skills that differentiate Le Cordon Bleu graduates.

On completion you're awarded the CRICOS-registered Master of Applied Hospitality Management, preparing graduates to be work-ready for senior hospitality roles even prior to graduation.
