Successful graduates gain a Master of Applied Hospitality Management and Master of Business Administration Double Degree, with the selected specialisation shown on the testamur/parchment.
Assessment methods vary and include a combination of examinations, tests, essays, reflective journals, reports, projects, written assignments, oral presentations, and classroom discussions and activities.
You can apply for Academic Credit, which recognises prior study, skills and knowledge. Graduates from recognised institutions providing evidence of their previous studies and industry experience can apply.
