The Master of Applied Science (Built Environment) is a 24-month (2-year) program delivered on-campus at RMIT's Melbourne City Campus, Australia.
Applicants must hold a bachelor degree (minimum 4 years full-time study) in a relevant discipline with honours, including a research component of at least 25% of the final year, OR equivalent academic qualifications and/or professional experience demonstrating research capability and subject knowledge. A minimum credit average of 60% or higher in the final year of study is also required.
International students are charged approximately AUD $33,600 per year in tuition fees for this program.
Students will conduct independent research in a specialised built environment area, work under expert academic supervision, develop advanced research and analytical skills, contribute to innovation in architecture, construction, and urban development, and produce a formal research thesis or equivalent project.
Applicants must meet one of the following English language requirements: an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent, a TOEFL score of 79 or above, or a PTE Academic score of 58 or above.
