Australia's boom in infrastructure development and construction has led to an increased demand for qualified industry professionals such as building surveyors. Bond's Master of Building Surveying equips you with the advanced knowledge as well as professional and technical skill sets to become a specialist in areas such as building legislation, technical codes, and construction standards, opening up opportunities for senior roles with major construction and development companies or for self-employment as a consultant surveyor. Requirements

Successful completion of a recognised Bachelor degree (or equivalent qualification) in a related field (building, civil/structural engineering or architecture)
OR Successful completion of a Bond University Graduate Diploma of Building Surveying
Work experience may be used to apply for entry; documentation of employment history including a statement from your employer about your position, time in the role, and a brief overview of the role performed is required
English language proficiency: IELTS Academic overall score 6.5 with no sub-score less than 6.0; OR PTE Academic overall score 58 with no Communicative Scores below 50; OR TOEFL iBT overall score 79 (no scores below 21 in Writing, 18 in Speaking, and 16 in Reading and Listening)

Sustainability and Sustainable Practices

Topics covering sustainability and sustainable practices, underpinned by the key principals of economic, societal, and environmental sustainability. Covered in Semesters 2 & 3.

Engineering Concepts and Planning and Assessment Processes

Covered in the final semester, focusing on engineering concepts and planning and assessment processes.
