Yes. You can gain entry into the Master of Business Administration without a bachelor's degree if you have at least five years of professional managerial experience regarded by SCU as equivalent to a degree. Contact SCU's Enrolment Advisors to find out more about eligibility through work experience.
The SCU Online MBA is 24 months part-time and consists of 16 units. However, through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), you can potentially reduce the course length by up to 50% (from 16 units to eight). With Advanced Standing, depending on prior learning assessed, you could complete the MBA in as little as 16 months part-time.
The cost is $3,250 per unit, and FEE-HELP is available to eligible students. The course consists of 16 units in total.
The SCU Online MBA offers three specialisations: Accounting (completing core units plus Business Accounting for Managers and Business and Corporation Law for Managers), Health Services Management (completing core units plus two units chosen from Building a Professional Portfolio, Leading Change in Healthcare, Governance and Accountability in Healthcare, and Strategic Planning and Management in Healthcare), and Managing and Leading People (completing core units plus Organisational Change and Development and Human Resource Management).
SCU has built flexible completion options into the online MBA. If you need to exit early, after completing 4 units you could receive a Graduate Certificate in Business, after a further 4 units you could receive a Graduate Diploma in Business, and completing the remaining 4–8 units leads to the full Masters Degree.
