Master of Business

The Master of Business is focused on producing graduates with industry- and job-relevant knowledge and skills who are capable of assuming leadership and management roles. It runs four semesters full time and nests the Graduate Certificate (one semester) and Graduate Diploma (two semesters) within it, so students exit-eligible at each stage. Core subjects in business communication and business ethics run throughout, reinforcing written and oral communication skills and ethical decision-making, while a capstone Business Project subject develops research skills through a substantial independent project. From semester 3, students choose a specialisation stream — International Business, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or Information Systems — each contributing 4 further subjects. Delivered full time face-to-face over 104 weeks at WIN's Sydney and Canberra campuses, the course comprises 12 core units plus 4 stream-specific subjects.
