The ECU MBA offers a wide range of specialisations including Business Analytics, Cyber Security Studies, Design Thinking, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Environmental Management, Finance, Health Care Leadership and Management, Hospitality Management, Human Resource Management, Information Systems, Leadership in Mining, Workplace Safety Management of Occupational Health and Safety, Marketing, People and Culture, Project Management, and Supply Chain and Logistics Management.

Yes. Eligible applicants may fast-track their degree through Credit and Recognition of Prior Learning (CRPL) if they have a Bachelor degree in a related discipline (Business, Commerce or Management), a Bachelor degree with a major in Management, a Graduate Certificate of Business or Business Administration, or equivalent prior learning. Depending on prior study and experience, students may be able to complete the course in 1.5 years of full-time study (3 years part-time) — 180 credit points.

The estimated first year indicative fee for domestic students is AUD $31,650, and for international students it is AUD $40,650. Students are advised to refer to the Fees and Scholarships page for further information.

On-campus delivery may be via block delivery in a six-week accelerated mode, with units delivered from ECU City. Block delivery involves online delivery of material coupled with two complete weekends separated by a number of weeks. Some specialisations can only be studied in non-intensive mode, either on-campus or online. The course requires attendance at more than one campus or location and has a modified timetable.

Yes. Students can complete a 20-credit point work placement unit in this course. The work placement option requires students to undertake a minimum of 100 hours of learning in a work setting, typically completed on a part-time basis. Work placements will be secured through the work-integrated learning team, or as a result of pre-approved networking and contacts developed by the student. Terms of payment, if any, will be negotiated on an individual basis.
