About This Course

What is an MBA? Torrens University's Master of Business Administration (MBA) strengthens your strategic thinking and leadership capability to solve contemporary business challenges with confidence in today's business environment. It prepares you to accelerate your career, transition into a new industry or step into senior leadership. You will engage with business leaders and C-suite executives while developing the commercial insight needed to make confident, informed decisions. Designed and delivered by industry-experienced academics, the MBA builds your commercial acumen and leadership skills. You will graduate with the knowledge, practical insight and professional connections needed to drive sustainable, long-term business outcomes. The course includes six core subjects that build essential leadership skills, alongside elective streams that allow you to align your MBA with your career goals. With six elective subjects, you can specialise in Marketing Management, Business Analytics and Insight, Project Management, Engineering Management, Technology and Digital Innovation, Strategy and Entrepreneurship, Health Leadership, CX and Service Design or Finance - or combine electives across streams. You can also enter or exit the program with a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma of Business Administration, providing flexibility throughout your studies. Undergraduate or postgraduate degree from any Australian university or equivalent. OR Applicants without formal qualifications are eligible to apply if they have five (5) years' work experience (of which 3 years is managerial).
