International Students — Academic: A recognised Australian bachelor's degree in any discipline; OR an overseas recognised Bachelor's degree equivalent to AQF Level 7. English proficiency: IELTS 6.5 (no band less than 6.0) or equivalent; OR successful completion of an Australian AQF Level 6 or higher qualification where the language of instruction was English; OR achieve a minimum 50% pass rate in recent studies at a recognised Australian higher education institution at an equivalent level. Age: Minimum of 18 years of age on course commencement. Domestic Students — Academic: A recognised Australian Bachelor's degree in any discipline. English proficiency: Undertaken Year 12 in Australia; OR successful completion of studies with English as the mode of instruction, such as an Australian AQF Level 6 or higher qualification; OR successful studies at a recognised Australian higher educational institution at an equivalent study level based on at least a 50% pass rate in a recent study period. Age: Minimum of 18 years of age on course commencement. Recognition of Prior Learning: EIA recognizes applicants' prior relevant study or experiences through unit credits. Experiences may be formal or informal. Where applicants can demonstrate achievement of the learning outcomes of a unit of study EIA may grant credit for one or more units to a maximum of 12 units.

EIA MBA graduates are prepared for managerial and senior roles across diverse sectors. Possible job titles include: General Manager, Business Development Manager, Human Resource Manager, Finance Manager, Project Manager, IT Manager, Marketing/Sales Manager, Business Consultant, Operations Manager.
