The MBA at Sydney Met offers three specialisations: Specialisation 1 – Major in Professional Accounting (16 units, including 8 core + 7 major core + 1 elective unit); Specialisation 2 – Major in Management and Leadership (16 units, including 8 core + 6 major core + 2 elective units); and Specialisation 3 – General/No Major (16 units, including 8 core + 1 major core + 7 elective units).
For 2026, the MBA is priced at AUD 11,600 per trimester, with a total course fee of AUD 46,400.
Applicants must demonstrate English proficiency through one of the following: a minimum IELTS (Academic Module) score of 6.5 overall with no band less than 6.0 or equivalent (e.g., PTE or TOEFL); completion of any program equivalent to AQF 7 or above in Australia within the last two years; successful completion of at least half a year of full-time study towards a Master's degree or higher with an accredited Australian Higher Education Provider; completion of a Graduate Diploma or Graduate Certificate in Business Administration (AQF 8) from Sydney Met in Australia within 2 years; or completion of an approved English program such as an EAP/Cambridge/IELTS course at one of Sydney Met's articulated English Colleges.
Yes, students may opt to exit early with a Graduate Diploma or Graduate Certificate in Business Administration, providing alternative qualification pathways based on progression.
