The AGSM MBA helps to prepare you for general management and executive leadership roles in business, government, startups and the social-impact sector. It combines facilitated class discussions with experiential activities and case studies. You will also learn from other academics with international industry experience and industry leaders, and benefit from peer learning as part of a cohort of high-performing leaders drawn from around the world. The program includes the opportunity for you to participate in AGSM's international offerings. The focus on experiential learning and case studies will help you to accelerate your learning and apply it to the workplace, while the strong focus throughout the program on the development of technical and people skills will ensure that you are ready to excel in your career. Our Career Accelerator Team will collaborate with you throughout your program, as you work towards your career goals, supporting your professional development and helping you to access our influential alumni network that will serve you well throughout your career. The AGSM MBA is a 12-month program completed in just over three consecutive terms (Program Leave is not permitted) and it is suited to professionals who can take a year off work to concentrate on their professional development. The Program is supported by scholarship offerings in recognition of students taking a year away from work.
