The program comprises 12 units of study grouped around three focus areas: Personal and interpersonal skills development, Business knowledge and skills development, and Building future enterprises, culminating in a Capstone unit. The first four units focus on developing personal and interpersonal skills needed to manage and lead effectively, building individual resilience in a world of growing complexity, disruption and ambiguity. The next four units focus on core business knowledge and skills, with an overarching theme of building business resilience and sustainability, including an opportunity to combine assessments to form a business project examining the sustainability of an existing business. The final units bring together the knowledge and skills gained to equip students to build and lead future enterprises. The MBA Capstone (Design Strategy) requires students to develop customer-centric products and services aligned with the strategy of an existing organisation, integrating skills, knowledge and experience acquired throughout the MBA to bring a real prototype to market.

Common Questions
To secure a place in the August 2026 commencing cohort, applicants are encouraged to apply in an early admission round. The rounds are: Round 1 (24 August 2025), Round 2 (28 September 2025), Round 3 (26 October 2025), Round 4 (30 November 2025), Round 5 (11 January 2026), Round 6 (1 March 2026), Round 7 (5 April 2026), with a final round for both international and domestic applicants on 31 May 2026. Note that applications will be accepted throughout the year, outside of these admission round deadlines.
Yes, MBA Director's Scholarships are available for 2025, valued at $10,000–$40,000 (AUD) each. Separate deadlines apply for scholarships, and if you would like to be considered, you should provide details in your statement of motivation at the time of application.
Before applying, you will need your academic qualification details (including completion year and grade average), your employment history and professional details, and a statement of motivation of maximum two pages outlining what you hope to achieve professionally and personally, your academic achievements, community involvement and extracurricular activities, leadership qualities, and any awards and recognition.

After the completion of each admission round, your application will be assessed and you will be notified on whether or not you have been short-listed for an interview within 4 weeks. Interview times are subject to availability, and only shortlisted applicants will be invited to interview.
