The course is 2 years full-time or part-time equivalent. However, eligible applicants with Credit and Recognition of Prior Learning (CRPL) may be able to complete the course in 1.5 years of full-time study (3 years of part-time study) – 180 credit points, depending on the nature of their prior study and experience.
For domestic fee-paying students, the estimated first year indicative fee is AUD $33,300. For international students, the estimated first year indicative fee is AUD $43,400.
Yes, students can choose to complete a 20-credit point work placement unit, which requires a minimum of 100 hours of learning in a work setting. Work placement hours are typically completed on a part-time basis and students will undertake projects and tasks related to their course learning outcomes. Work placements will be secured through the work-integrated learning team, or as a result of pre-approved networking and contacts developed by the student.
The course is available at the ECU City Campus (full-time and part-time in both Semester 1 and Semester 2) and online (full-time and part-time in both Semester 1 and Semester 2). Note that the course requires attendance at more than one campus or location, and SCI units are delivered at the Joondalup campus.
