The program builds practical skills using tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, SAS Viya and advanced Excel, ensuring you can deliver data‑driven recommendations in real business settings. The Master of International Business develops the strategic mindset needed to operate in global markets. You examine international business environments, global regulatory systems, and cultural differences, and you build the ability to evaluate international opportunities and provide sustainable recommendations. Studying both master's develops your capability to apply analytical insight within complex international business settings. You will learn to interpret data across markets, assess risks and opportunities, and support informed decisions that span borders. You will build confidence working with international stakeholders, ensuring insights translate into practical action. General Requirements

Domestic Students

A recognised bachelor’s degree in any discipline with an equivalent average mark of 50%. OR A Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in any discipline with an equivalent average mark of 50%. OR A recognised master's degree in any discipline with an equivalent average mark of 50%. Other tertiary qualifications, combined with extensive professional work experience, may also be considered.

Work and life experience:

Admission to UOW is primarily based on your academic qualifications, with work or life experience generally not considered. If you do not meet the academic requirements for this course, we recommend exploring recognised pathway programs, such as those offered by UOW College or the TAFE Tertiary Preparation Certificate (TPC).

UOW recognises a range of overseas higher education qualifications. Your qualifications will be assessed for equivalence to Australian qualifications and the admission requirements for this course.
