Domestic students (Australian/New Zealand citizens, Australian permanent residents, or holders of a permanent Australian humanitarian visa) should complete the Domestic Student Application Form. International students should select the appropriate International Application Form — either through an authorised agent, directly as a student, or via the International Student Application Form for current visa holders. A Genuine Student (GS) Assessment Form is also required for those applying for a 500 Student visa. Completed forms and supporting documents should be submitted to admissions@aih.edu.au.
Yes. AIH's Advanced Standing Policy allows students to apply for credit based on prior formal studies, professional work, or life experience. Applications must be submitted no later than one week prior to the first census date after commencement of the course.
AIH offers a range of support services including the Academic Success Team (providing study skills workshops, individualised support, and assessment help), access to the EBSCO academic database, a campus library (Sydney campus, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm), Peer Mentors, and a Wellbeing Officer providing confidential counselling and mental health support. Students can contact academic support at academicsuccess@aih.edu.au and wellbeing support at wellbeing@aih.edu.au.
